- 8 Eggs or 2 cup of egg substitute
- 2 cup bite-sized veggies such as broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots
- 1 cup cubed smoked ham
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tsp pepper
Strategies: You can use any kind of veggies and any kind of meat you want for this recipe. But if you do replace the (salty) ham you may consider adding a 1/2 tsp of salt when you add the pepper. If you want to kick it up a notch, you can also add salsa and/or hot sauce!
