Amberstill Ranch Pretzels

Remember having to climb up the mountain behind that obscure ranch to kill a marauding wendigo? Well, this is what instigated those attacks. Rudra Amberstill has a secret recipe and the wonderful aroma was wafting up to poor Vagash's cave. He smelt a party and wanted to join. Unfortunately, the dwarves of Ironforge don't like to share their recipes and will guard them with your life. The good news is that since you killed that over-stuffed teddy bear, you get the recipe as a reward!


Amberstill Ranch Pretzels
6-8 Servings | Total Time: 20 Minutes | Apprentice

Mats:

• 1 bag Pretzels, broken into pieces (about 5 cups)
  
• 1 package Dry Ranch Dressing Mix
• 1/2 tsp. Dill Weed
• 1/2 tsp. Lemon Pepper
• 1/3 cup Oil

Craft: Preheat oven to 350°. Break up pretzels into bite-sized pieces. Place in a large mixing bowl and set aside. In a separate mixing bowl, combine dry Ranch dressing mix, dill, lemon pepper and oil. Pour the ranch mixture over the pretzels. Stir well, coating all pretzels evenly. Spread out the pretzels onto a cookie sheet and put in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Stir once or twice while they are cooking. Let cool and enjoy.

Strategies: Sourdough pretzels work best with this recipe. You can also sprinkle a little dill and lemon pepper on them after they come out of the oven for an extra kick of flavor.
