Bacon Pull-Apart Bread



So you know, Bacon is the best thing there is. Everything is better with bacon. It makes any food better, any name better and any day better. So when I decided to make bread with bacon... what could be better? The simple answer, nothing. Pics or it didn't happen, you say? Well here, nuff said.



Bacon Pull-Apart Bread
8 Servings | Total Time: 30 Minutes | Journeyman

Mats:
  • 1 lb Bacon
  • 1 Package Biscuits
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Craft: Cut up the bacon into 1 inch pieces. Cook on the stove on medium high heat until almost crisp, about 5 minutes. Let bacon cool on a plate for 10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 350°. When bacon is cooled, mix it together with cheese in a bowl. Open the uncooked biscuits and mix together with bacon and cheese. place in a small baking dish and cover with tinfoil. Cook for 15 minutes or until biscuits are no longer doughy.

Strategies: You can use any type of refrigerated dough for this. Or, if you are ambitious, make your own!

LFM: This is very good served with a side of ranch dressing to dip them in.
